Our premise and belief is that strategic plans are executed by people and that you cannot force people to perform.

The best you can do is to create a context (a context in which they want the same things as badly as you do).

 

We believe your job as a leader is to focus your people on the right “hill”, but it is over to them to apply their imagination and spirit to value path and down the cost path.
